For all purchases from the Coral Club range, we grant you, in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, a voluntary return guarantee of a total of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
You can also detach yourself from the contract after the purchase contract has been approved and the 14-day cancellation period has expired, by returning the goods to us within 14 days of their receipt (start of the period on the day after receipt of the goods), provided that the goods are complete and in their original packaging in unused and undamaged condition.
Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Our contractually agreed voluntary return guarantee does not affect your legal rights and claims.
In particular, your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unrestricted.
If the delivered goods have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects immediately to us or the parcel service employee who delivers the items.
Failure to notify the transport damage report has no consequences for your legal claims.
For all defects of the purchased item occurring during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for supplementary performance, for rectification of defects / new delivery, as well as - if the legal requirements are met - the further claims for price reduction or withdrawal apply.

You can independently post a return at the post office (DHL Paket shipping method). In the event of defects, material or manufacturing defects, transport damage, etc., please contact our friendly customer service staff. You will then receive a free return label from us and can return the package to DHL free of charge.
When returning within the scope of our voluntary return guarantee, you bear the costs of the return. We will transfer the amount paid by you, minus shipping costs, to you immediately after receipt of the returned goods.
In the case of returns due to defects, material or manufacturing errors, as well as in the event of transport damage, we bear the transport costs. In this case, please use the free return label provided by us.
If the package could not be delivered due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, or was not picked up by you after a notification and therefore returned to us, you will bear the shipping costs. Please notify us for a new shipment or call our customer service.
